Jita Ase Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

1 Introduction & General Information

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Jita Ase ("we", "us", "the Platform") and our users ("you", "user"). By accessing or using the Jita Ase website or app, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms.

• Providing false information during registration gives Jita Ase the right to close your account at any time.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, Jita Ase may immediately suspend the account and initiate an investigation.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility Conditions

• If a bet is processed unintentionally due to a technical error, Jita Ase reserves the right to void that bet.

• Any attempt to gain an advantage by using multiple accounts on the same event will result in all related bets being voided.
• Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is independently audited and certified.
• Jita Ase reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any market or game.
